Each year, an increasing number of guests come to appreciate these qualities, as LilyPool Hotels adds new, exciting destinations in Jaipur, Kumbhalgarh, Udaipur, Silvassa, Manali, Chandigarh Agra and many other important locations of India. While this growth reflects the strength and success of the Lily Pool brand, the collection will remain a limited one, where exclusivity can be nurtured and individuality can flourish.

Our Leadership Team

Ramesh Sapru (CMD)

CEO & Managing Partner, LilyPool Hotels & Resorts Responsible for the Company's overall performance and leadership. Ramesh Sapru oversees all aspects of LilyPool Hotels & Resorts, including corporate strategy, capital formation, human resources, investor relations and the firm's overall investment and property management. Ramesh Sapru is committed to further fueling LilyPool Hotels & Resorts’s best-in-class status by continuously leading associate development, compensation and wellness programs. Ramesh Sapru takes pride in some of the highest corporate and field level associate satisfaction and retention rates in the industry, a testament to LilyPool Hotels & Resorts’s success.

Education and Affiliations Graduated from Oberoi School of Hotel Management (1974-77)

Sanjay Batarka (Director - Operations & Acquisition)

Sanjay, an IHM graduate, has 3 decades of diversified hospitality management expertise, been associated with leading global hotel groups. His experience encompasses all aspects of the hotel operations, project development, business development and brand management.

Sanjay has established himself as a trusted 'turnaround expert'; he enjoys the challenge of converting loss into profit. Having worked with different groups in hospitality, his immense knowledge is supported by very sound implementation capabilities in operations management, and project & site management. He is proficient in strategic planning, resource planning, and conceptualization of unique food & beverage concepts, Budgeting and Control, Sales and Marketing strategy, Human Resource Management with specialized Training methodology and Relationship Management.

Md. Shafi (Promoter)

A frequent traveler who has travelled to two third countries of the world from Garment Export background holds the recognition in construction of Hotels & Projects. A keen observer and an enthusiastic listener have spread his business to number of countries worldwide. He will be responsible for taking up of new projects under the Lilypool Brand.

Educated from Rajasthan University, an 1970 Alumini, oversees the operations from its head office at Jaipur.

Rahul Narasimha (Director - Business Planning)

Business strategist and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in retail, services and healthcare sectors.

Alok Verma (Founding Member & Director)

Alok Verma (Director - Development)

An IIM professional with more than 16 yrs of experience into Service, Travel and Retail industry. Previously headed Travel vertical at Healthonify wellnes pvt. ltd. and also worked at senior level with many brands.

Raj Chaudhary (AVP Sales west zone)

A seasoned travel agent, a trailblazer in hospitality and a professional with over 16 years’ experience in Travel and Hotel Sales & Marketing. He masters the work with immense knowledge and perfection at his skill set, driving vision to reality. Raj Chaudhari has played an integral part in the growth story of Arni since its early inception, with beginnings from a shared office table.

Having worked in different domain’s and various brands like Shree Raj Tours & Travels, Amigo Travel Services & Clarks Group of Hotels. Raj Chaudhari brings in a horizontal versatility with diverse cultural responsiveness.

Vijay Prakash Sharma (Corporate Chef)

A veteran with more than 22 years of experience in the Industry and a degree in Food Production. Vijay has worked in many countries and at prestigious brands such as Royal Caribbean Cruises, Radisson Blu, Clarks, and Bennigan's. He brings this immense knowledge and skill to the table.

He is also a team player and commercially aware which helps with cost control and efficiency in the kitchen. He is also bilingual which allows him to communicate well with people from all over the world.
